Update january 2014

I was doing great with my program in 2012 until I had an injury at my heel (fasciitis plantaris). It's a very slow process to heal that kind of injury. I manage to maintain my weight loss and stay at 190 for about a year. I have to say that I lose my motivation at this time from september 2012 to july 2013, I just try to lose weight and stay fit, without conviction. I injured myself more and I wasn't able to walk on my feet at some point. So I took the decision to stop everything thing. I was very bored with everything related to fitness and weight lost.

I gained 20 pounds since july 2014.

And here I am today in january 2014. One thing I learn in that it's to be indulgent with ourself.

I will lose that 75 pounds! My goal is to be at 135 in january 2015.

january 5 2014: 210 pounds.

2012: I want to be fit, but for that I need to lose weight... I do a lot of strenght training and usually do hiit cardio instead of normal cardio.

It's a slow process, with ups and downs, but the important part for me it's not going back!

september 11 2011: 247lbs (back from the hospital with my second baby)
september 25 2011: 235lbs (my pre-pregnancy weight)
october 25 2011: 228lbs (-19)
november 9 2011: 223lbs (-24) 2 months postpartum
january 30 2012: back at 234, begin Weight Watchers

june 09 2012: 208 (-39) 9 months postpartum

For nutrition:
Weight Watchers
Track everything... eat a balanced diet.

For fitness:
Right now, I do stationnary bike 5 times a week and a basic bodyweight workout 3 times a week.

Les Mills PUMP
Brazil butt lift workout
Chalean extreme

Hiits cardio (Turbo fire and bicycle)
