My name is Cat I am 34 years old and I live in the great state of Texas. I have 3 little boys and a wonderful husband whom I love more than life itself. I strive every day to be a better wife and mother to my family and proudly wear the title SUPERMOM. I guess you could say I am pretty lucky.

Our three boys are the light of my life and the apple of my eye. Our oldest son is 13 and the twin boys are 11. Both of my twins are on the Autism spectrum and one has Epilepsy so being a Mom of Special Needs kids is definitely Stressful!!

I have struggled with my weight ever since I gave birth to my first child in 1997. Prepregnancy I weighed around 135 pounds. This was about a size 6 for me. After my first child I could only get back down to a size 9 and shortly after that I got pregnant with twins. I gained up to 209 during my pregnancy with the twins and have only gotten back down to 147 ONCE since then.

I have gained and lost the same 30-40 pounds at least a dozen times in the last 10 years. I have tried every "diet" known to man and even made up a few creative ones of my own!! Weight Watchers, Nutri-System, South Beach, Atkins, Pritkin, Perricone, you name it!! I finally realized that what I needed wasn't in some book. It was inside of ME, and that any "diet" was only a temporary fix. What I needed was a new lifestyle!!

I'm starting fresh again with a new healthy lifestyle. My ultimate goal is not so much to be "skinny" but to just feel good in my own skin, be more active, and eat what my body needs.

I just turned 34 and it finally hit me that I'm not getting any younger and I want the body I am in to look good and feel good for many more years to come.

I'm striving to eat more healthy foods and fruits and vegetables and get 6 days a week of exercise. I'm currently using several of Beachbody's programs and mixing them up as I get bored VERY easily. I also drink Shakeology every day once a day as a meal replacement.

Reach my goal weight by December 31st of 2010. I'd like to be down in a size 10 at least by my birthday on November 3rd.


10 Pounds- Pedicure and Eyebrow Wax

20 Pounds- Facial and Eye Brow Wax

25 Pounds- One Hour Massage.

Goal!!- Day of beauty at day spa.

My Program:

*Track EVERYTHING I eat and drink on Sparkpeople. I have an Android Phone with the Sparkpeople App so this is a snap for me.

*3 meals and two snacks balanced in proteins fats and carbs. Sticking to a calorie range of 1400-1700 calories a day.

*Drink 10-12 glasses of water a day.

*NO SODAS whatsoever.

*Try to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day.

*Currently I am mixing up several Beachbody Programs. Rockin' Body with Shaun T, Turbo Jam, Power 90, and Turbo Fire. I also am doing a modified version of the Couch to 5K running program. I work out 6 days a week at least twice a day and strive to burn at least 5,000 calories a week from exercise.

I wear a Fitbit to track my calories burned, steps taken, and activity level and I wear a Polar HRM during my workouts to track calories burned from exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a total geeky nerd. I am hopelessly addicted to the Wii, and my Nintendo DSi, I also spend way too much time on Facebook and Twitter.

I hope to meet lots of new friends here!

Other Information:
Some of my hobbies include amateur photography, Creating works of art in Photoshop, Environmentalism, Healthy cooking, and EXERCISE!!
