Introduction Text I am married to my best friend and love of my life. And even though he loves me just the way I am, I want to be better. We have 3 children between us (a 22 yr old daughter who recently graduated cosmetology school, working full time as a stylist; a 26 yr old son, married and working full time; and a 17 yr old son who lives with his mother in The Netherlands). I've been overweight for the better part of my adult life. It's always been a struggle. I am a stress/boredom/"ooohhh that sounds good" eater and I soooooo need to change my habits. My gorgeous husband deserves better than this and so do I!!!

There are many but baby steps to start with... Drink more water. Get up off my butt and get moving. Eat better things.

Right now I am back with my Spark People plan. I am accountable to my doctor and a program at work as well. I'm drinking water like I should. I'm trying to motivate myself to walk. This is a challenge as I am currently feeling alot of knee pain. But baby steps.
