emoticon Hey Angie yes it is the Conway Regional health system near Kroger on Salem. I live a few blocks from there, over toward UCA. I like all those walking trails back behind my apt. Maybe sometime you and I can meet up at the gym. Did you used to swim? What did you do there? Did you use a personal trainer? I have never had one. I will be building up my stamina to take that walk from my house to the gym easily. Right now it is very tiring for me, all the way around. But I can work up to it in Oct and get strong. My daughter says to walk there and then swim, and walk home. The swimming is a bit more relaxing. Are you working during the day? Or are you free to go to the gym? Have a great day. emoticon emoticon

emoticon emoticon Hi Angie thanks for the bicycle goodie! That was just what I needed! IN fact I have been thinking about it. I broke my leg on my bike 2.5 years ago, and sold the bike. Since then, I gained 30 more lbs. But now I am working on taking it all off and getting back on those biking trails around my house. I can't wait. I am struggling with my eating / sleeping/ exercise schedule, like you, but as long as I keep trying, I will make it. Today I am up on my preferred schedule, and I am walking outside just 5 or 10 or 15 minutes at a time, twice a day if I can. So that is a good start to rebuild exercise, and I am tracking all my calories at spark. That helps a lot just to see exactly how many calories I took in with certain foods. Sometimes it is such a surprise. I am trying not to get on the scale too often, it just makes me upset. I will be so happy when I can get under 215! With just a bit more push, I should be able to manage it. I have been derailed for two weeks. But no matter---I just pull my program together again! I have made so many good changes in the last 2 months that when I restart my program, I get good results fast. And it feels so good to be on that productive, well organized schedule! I just had a nap this afternoon and now I am going to go outside and try to walk to the gym which is about 10 minutes away. I will time it. A few days ago I changed my medicare program so I will get free Silver Sneakers gym membership there in November! Then I want to join, and I have to be able to walk there and back home because I do not have a car. So my task in October is to build myself up to walking there and back home with energy left over to use at the gym. They have a pool! I am embarrassed to be seen in a swim suit, but I do have one. I will have to get over that and just do it. I have to think of how I will look one year from now. How is your day going? Are you recording your calories and exercise today? emoticon

emoticon Hi angie I have been off program but making an effort to gt back on. Today I rewrote my daily routine and that should help. I got outside to walk a bit this evening. HOw is it going for you? I keep adding that last 5 lb back on again and then losing it again, and gaining it again, so I am trying to stabilize that. The only way I know is to diet under it . So I will be working on that this week. I will let you know how it goes.
