    Set some Fast Breaks (on Start Page)...you'll experience small successes upon which you can build and get your momentum going. Learn how to track your nutrition & fitness. Learn about portions (search: portion distortion).

    Under Healthy Living on the Start Page are thousands of articles written by experts on every topic. You will learn how to reach your weight goal AND maintain it.

    Just try doing it as SP outlines and you will see that it works. Make a Spark Page, join a couple of teams, make some friends, sign up for a challenge. You will be amazed at the encouragement, education and support you'll receive!
