My name is Cassandra but a lot of people call me Cassan. I am 5'2 and a little over weight for my size. So I started my weight loss a few years ago at my highest of 161 I have lost some weight but still wanting to loss more. So In Jan. of 2008 I started to work on me again but just after a few months I fell off again. So in June of 2008 I start again and I lost 13 pounds. I'm here still trying to lose the last 15-20 pounds. I'm here for anyone that needs anything. I would love to help push people and would love for people to push me just as hard. LET'S DO THIS!! SO GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!! Other Info about ME... I am 28, live with roommates that are also my close friends. I enjoy going out and getting my dance on, having lots of laughts, joy and happiness... I have my Cosmetology License but as of right now I don't work in a Salon but I still do hair on the side for anyone that needs help =) Um let's see I have a very big family. I have 2 older brothers one younger brother who is now 9 he is growing so fast. I have 4 younger sisters and I am a auntie of 4 wonderful boys, Ages 7, 5, 4 and now the newest is 1 year old. But I am going to be an aunite again but this time around IT'S A GIRL!! YAY!! My dad is very ill and it's something that I deal with everyday but I take it one day at a time. I am still happy to have him but not sure how much time is left so I am thankful for everyday that God gives us with him. He is only 46 and has Alzheimer's it's something that I try to learn about everyday and find ways to help me from getting it. But still I try to live my life with a smile on my face and thankful for everything that I have. Thank you Good luck to us all in 2010!! Bright 'n' Shiny

Being a better person and working on moving forward in life and being happy!!! My Goals are to hit the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week. I am going to start eating better and taking better care of me. I have also told myself I am going to stop drinkiing beer, I like to drink a lot on the weekends. I would like to start off my telling myself to drop at least 5 pounds and move slowly from that. I am going to think small but DO big!



My name is Cassandra and I am 29. I live in LA. I work full time at a Paper Mill, I do the Payroll and Accounts Payable work. I do love going out on the weekends and getting my party on. I love spending time with my friends and my family. I have a Godson who is now 8 and I love him with everything I have inside and out of me. I have a puppy name Khloe who will 9 months.

I like to Scarpbook!! I like going to the moives but don't do that a whole lot :( Love to Dance, being outside and I love the summer over winter anytime :)
