Hello All! I am trying my hardest to get back into shape like I used to be before I went to nursing school! I am also sick of being sluggish, tired, and flabby so I am trying to have a healthier lifestyle!! Many members in my family have not been living the healthiest of lifestyles and I really want to motivate them! I want to live a long healthy life and be a great role model for my kids. My husband and I are going to be trying for a baby in 2010!!! Yay! I have been using spark to help meet my nutrition and fitness goals. I was sick of going on diets and emotional eating. I needed a complete lifestyle overhaul and Spark has helped me to do so. I have really been focusing on getting my body baby ready and I think I am about there! I will keep everyone posted on the baby-making progress ;)

My Goals:
Shortterm goals:
*Get my body baby ready
*Try to get to 120 in 2010 (depends on when I get prego . . .)
*Give up all caffeine
*Give up pop
*Wear a pedometer-shoot for 10,000 steps/day
*Weigh daily
*Get body measurements monthly
*Strength at least 4 days a week
*Cardio at least 6 days a week
*Walk 16 miles/week
*Log nutrition daily
*Log fitness daily
*No more bingeing
*Work more on my mental wellbeing
*Lower amount of stress in my life

Longterm goals: (some may have to be put off until after having a baby :) )
*Get into all my old clothes
*Run a 5k
*Complete P90X program
*Wear a pedometer
*Have a lower BMI
*No more emotional eating
*Live a healthy and happy lifestyle!!
*Be a hot mommy :)
*Be a great role model for my children
*Weigh weekly
*Body measurements monthly
*Start teaching/coaching dance, cheerleading, and gymnastics again

My Program:
*Try to walk 16 miles/week and/or walk the bridge (4 miles total) 4 times/week
*Gilad quickfit system
*Shape Firm, Tone, and Strength Series
*Wear pedometer daily
*10,000 steps/day
*Self Bikini Bootcamp
*Track nutrition daily
*Track fitness and exercise daily
*Small meals throughout day
*More fruits/veges
*Less processed foods

My name is Crystal. I live on the Gulf coast in MIssissippi. I am an operating room nurse and a RN first assistant to my wonderful heart surgeons I work for! I love being a surgical nurse and would not change my job for the world! Eventually I would like to go back for my Master's Degree in Nursing.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, shopping, scrapbooking, hiking, painting, crafting, and volunteering!

    Hi Girl-I am so excited and you will have to check out my Proposal Blog to see how he did it; it was cute! So how are things going for you? Are you still working on the pregnancy? If so, I hope it happens soon for you. I am still struggling with weight loss and just can’t seem to lose these last 10 lbs; I gain some and then lose those lbs, but never can lose the actual last 10 lbs…..maybe it is not in my cards and I think I am finally ok with the thought of that as long as I am happy!
