Thanks! We can do this. We really can. If we give up the idea that some day in the future some magic will make it all go away and the only way for us to reach our true bodies is through nutrition and exercise, we WILL do it.

Thanks for the nice comments on my page, Casey. Wow....I didn't realize you lived in Uzbekistan! It's nice to find a comment on my page from so far away.

We'll keep going and get to our goals. We may hit some bumps in the road but we'll get there and never lose sight of what we want to accomplish.

Hi Casey, thanks for commenting on my blog! It's neat to log on and see someone replying from Uzbekistan. Wild! I do miss the martial arts. There are a couple of other places in town, but they don't have the same spirit as my old dojo. What I'd really like to learn is some aikido, but there ain't none of that around these parts. Yet. I do teach tai chi twice a week to seniors, and LOVE it. In the meantime, I'll just keep on keeping on.

I've had a better week this week exercise-wise than I've had all month, so that's good at least. Maybe it's the summer doldrums . . .
