It's been awhile since we 'talked' just coming by to say hi!
The following is a sample from my UPDATED fun current blog, dated 1-2-19 Please read & comment in there! THX! 2-12-19 I have had 2 knee problems, last year 1 from jumping in Zumba. (6 months before I could 'really' walk or get up off the floor for Sheppard Pilates again ) & this week the other knee 'popped' & leg pain was the result. (it's only been a week & I am SO much better! ) I have been healing from finding a video, my SP special friend IAMJETTA, recommended. It is a You Tube video, I use everyday, it helps my knees. I don't know how to 'link' it, but here is the title:
CURE KNEE PAIN. MASTER CHIEN YI LIN. FOUNDER OF SPRING FOREST QI GONG. I keep the link on my desk top & watch it many times a month. But I know how it works so I do it on my own. This simple 2+ minutes has helped me more than anything! I hope it helps you, too! I am positive if I had learned about this power point, sooner, last year, I would have been healed faster.
I am SO very blessed & lucky to have found it. Another way SP has helped me SO much. While I was healing I used SP NICOLE's 12 minute seated core, workout. Still use it to stretch. It is fabulous! My SP friends mean the world to me! THANK YOU, for being apart of my amazing life. YOU make me a better, healthier woman! I appreciate each & EVERY 1 of you!
