Keep going, you only fail when you quiet.
I am in my mid-twenties and fighting with my weight. I have a wonderful fiance who is so supportive of me. I Love him to pieces. We got engaged on New Years, so excited, Now I have a dress to fit into.

My Goals:
My goal
1. is to get to 175 so I can lose my 10% as well as get to my low of 2 years.
2.Get down to 155, same as grade 10, and out of obease.
3. Finally to be 125 pound. A weight I have not seen in my adult life.
My Program:
Gluten free, simply no more wheat for me. Last time I lost the weight that is all I need to do. I wil be not added dairy I wonder if that is what is adding to my issues. I will also be going to the gym atlest 3/6 days depend on the week.
Personal Information:
I love my life, I work with children and waiting to get that dream teaching job. I have a wonderful FH and a wonderful home with him.
Other Information:
I love to read Nicolas Sparks books. I am a move junky, I love to sit down with a pizza a glass of wine and girly movie.
