I CAN HEAL MY LIFE


At 61 years of age one might think that I should have had it all together by now but I guess I'm a slow learner. I have been on most diets known to man and have lost and gained the equivalent ot 2 adults in the past 38year. In the process I have managed to mess up my metabolism.

The problem was that when I got to my ideal weight I wasn't any happier in myself . Over time i regained the pounds plus. This time I've been working from the inside out clearing my past and the limiting ...

This time I've been working from the inside out clearing my past and the limiting beliefs I've had about me. I now feel that I can do this for the last time and have success. Better late than never!

My Goals:
To live a healthy and happy life, waking up in the morning looking forward to the day and living it with vitality and joy.

My Program:
 Working on the inside using Meridian Tapping, meditation and reading.

Eating with awareness and controling my food intake using calorie counting.

Exercising in one form or another everyday.

 I am recently reading "YOU Can Heal Your Life" by Louise L. Hay.
In my opinion definitely worth looking at if you've been stuck and haven't been able to move forward in your life.
