Back down to my fighting weight.
Have been Sparking for years now and it is time for a clean slate with clean graphics and clear goals.
I want to lose six pounds.
Or, one clear goal. Six pounds. That is all I want and I have lost track of the fact that it is that simple and that hard.

I try to get in 300 minutes of cardio a week and eat about 1200 calories a day. Less, hopefully. More, frequently.
