    Thank you Carol for commenting on my blog. Good to hear from you. So happy to hear you are getting in some walking! It takes a little at a time if you are in pain. I remember when I first started the walking 6 1/2 years ago and my knees were so bad, I could barely move. I did a few blocks and back in our neighborhood. Felt like I walked a mile or more! But, I kept at it! On my 1st spark anniversary (1 1/2 years later) , Bob and I walked 5k (3,1 miles) in under an hour! It was so hot and I felt like my heart would burst out of my chest, but I did it and survived! Best feeling in the world! I know you can keep going and get there! One day, one step at a time!! I think you should really check into that Magnesium Malate to help fibromyalgia. Also, look into food allergies/sensitivities (like nightshade veggies, caffeine) - they can really aggravate fibromyalgia and joints. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
