My Goals:
First 10% Goal - reached June 28, 2009
Second 10% Goal - by December 31, 2009

Weight Ticker Goal - originally set when I joined - reach by April 9, 2010

My Program:
 I am trying to eat healthier, making sure to get in my fruits and veggies and calcium supplement. I also have to make sure I eat enough calories every day so I don't set myself up for a binge - who'd a thunk it????
Right now I am pool walking 5 days a week for 45 min. Much easier on my poor old joints!
