    I appeciate what you have had to say to the woman taking those weird shots for weight loss. Congrats on your daughter after your struggles...I bet she is sworth every bit of trouble and tear you shed! She is quite cute. My 17 month old is awesome and is such a blast. If you are interested I started a new spark team called Let's Talk About faith, baby where people can have conversations about their faith in a fun and safe way. Bring your sense of humor and your faith! The group is a little emoticon and a little emoticon !!!

    This is only my second day on Spark and I'm trying to take it all in. I've noticed that there are a lot of great signatures that people have when they post to the boards.

    I need to tell you that I think yours is just fabulous! I love the idea of your reward system, and it must feel great to look forward to it! What a great idea! I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to use it. My motivator is my skinny jeans, and the thought of rewarding myself with money to buy more when the time comes is exciting.

    Hey girl, thanks for your note. Yes, I am in need of something - maybe a swift kick in the pants!

    We can definitely do this. I just need a strategy to get past the days I don't work. Working out on "work days" is fine, but the other days I hate the thought of leaving the house.

    This week was a special challenge since I work four really long days and have three day weekends, but this week there was also the MLK holiday, and now a snow day today... so after making great progress the last few weeks I've spent the last five days being a slug!

    I am hoping this all changes tomorrow!

    Congrats on your progress! 10lbs is great! My personal goal is to break 200 by Valentines.
