I am a long time sparker but fell off the wagon last year. I lost 40lbs a year and a half ago using spark (1lb short of onederland) but gained it all back. I am rededicating myself to my weight-loss journey and December 20, 2017 is the last time I am ever going to be 240 lbs (5'9)!

I am going to stick to the tried and true plan that I used last time.
-Track everything I eat (aim for 1500-1700 calories per day)
-Go to the gym as much as I can while being realistic in my workouts (4-6 days per week)
-Take advantage of challenges
-Stay active in the spark community
-When I make a mistake or eat something I shouldn't, don't just write off the whole day. Move on and keep doing my best!

***Update***

Swimming has become my passion. An hour in the pool beats an hour on the treadmill in my books :) That's where you can find me 5-6 days a week!

I don't drink any calories
Hit the gym 4-6 times per week
Track EVERYTHING and BE HONEST



Personal Information:
My name is Carli and I am from Ontario, Canada. I am a mom of 2 (5 and 7) and have been married for 9 years. I was a very active and thin child as a competitive dancer. I slowly started gaining weight after I stopped dancing in my late teens but really put on the bulk of the weight with my first son. He was a very sick little baby in my tummy. I was in the hospital for most of my pregnancy and was encouraged to gain a lot of weight very quickly so he would gain as well. I gained 60lbs in two months. I added more weight with the birth of my daughter two years later and have been in the obese category ever since.

I successfully lost 40lbs a year and a half ago with spark. I was 1lb shy of hitting onderland and I just gave up. I remember the exact moment I gave up. I was eating pizza and decided two slices was not going to do it (as I had tracked) and continued to eat 6. From there I snowballed and gained all the weight back. I don't want to make that mistake again.


Other Information:
My workout plan:
Gym 4-6 days per week
Swimming is my jam - 60 minutes per day when possible
Daily planking/squats
Go for a walk on lunches whenever possible

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
