I weighed in this morning and for 2 weeks in a row I've stayed at 174. I even managed to keep from indulging in a Company Thanksgiving Dinner yesterday at work. WooHoo! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon Cari Jane! In answer to your question about too many email notifications, go to upper rt hand corner of your own Spark Page and click "edit my page" button. You'll see "More Options. Be sure to UNCHECK the box that says: "Email me when I receive a comment (on my page, a photo, or blog), SparkGoodie or Trophy," if it is checked! In your regular emails, when you open SparkMailers emails, there will always be a link in the email to allow you to unsubscribe from that type of notification. Click on the link. Takes you to SP and log in. Wait a sec. The screen you need should be there. I also had to go to each Team's Page I belong to and unsubscribe to the Team Digests/Notifications. I finally even found on the Start Page, on Today On Spark People Tab at top far right, a Quick Link to a page listing all my posts and unsubscribed to all discussions. You can reply to Team posts, just don't click on "Join this team discussion." That's what automatically seems to send you notices whenever someone else comments! I was getting a GAZILLION notifications in my regular email. I figure I can check on my own for these things and my SparkMails. I don't need MORE emails in my regular email! emoticon emoticon this is long, but I tried to let you know this on WW site and this message was "too long" to post on WW .... emoticon Anyhoo, hope this helps! Stay warm and have a Terrific Thursday tomorrow. emoticon emoticon

emoticon emoticon Cari Jane! Got your Spark Mail, walkin' buddy! I agree, this is more fun and we can really support each other and keep up our walking! I did add 2 more miles today inside at the Mall with my friend. We saw a man who looked just like Santa Claus in civilian clothes, talking to Mall employees who were setting up Santa's Village in the Mall. He had an amazing full head of white hair and beautiful white beard, for real...We giggled like schoolgirls! Snowed in? In Texas? Already? Wow! Stay warm, Cari!
