Introduction Text I am 45 years old and have been on SP since September 2013 (with a hiatus of more than 3 years). My all time high weight was 205 pounds (93 kilo) at 5 ft 8 (173 cm). I have weight this much a couple of times, decided to lose 50 pounds with a diet, would succeed and gained it all back. The last time I hit my all time high (April 2013) I was just so tired of it all, I decided to make more permanent changes. However, over the years my weight increased again and I am now back again to 191 pounds.... Anyway, I know the only way to succeed is to track food so I don't overeat. So back again now, being very motivated!

- Eating within calorie range (by far the most important part of my program) - Yoga, walking, cycling
