On the road again....
I have finally lost all of the baby weight but still need to get 'back into shape' and tone up. With a full time job, very active 12 and 9 year plus the baby, finding time to workout and eat healthy has been proving quite a challenge. STOP!!!! WAIT!!! CHANGE OF PLANS!!! My baby is now 17 months and is going to be a BIG brother! With baby #4 on the way it is time to back up a manage a healthy weight gain and heathy eating habits!

Married to a wonderful hunk of spunk and mother of 3.
Other Information:
I love anything outdoors; at least when it is warm out. Also love to cook, read and do puzzles as nerdy as it sounds. I have a pet dog and cat to keep my company.
I also love to travel!!! If i only had more time and money......

I know it's hard to find the time, so us busy Mom's have to MAKE the time. I get up every morning M-SA and put on my workout clothes, work out hard for 1.5hrs and get it done. YOU CAN TOO!!
