Hey, SparkPeople!!

My name is Sharita, and I've been on SP since 2009, but the problem is, I haven't lost any weight!! :( I've maintained my weight for the past couple of years, but I am still not at my goal. It's time to put the playing to the side, I'm ready to really reach my goals of getting to 125lbs, while improving my health and being a positive example and influence to those around me. I've even had the desire to become a fitness instructor. I know I can do this, I just got to do it!! After over 10 years of religious exercise, I'm FINALLY realizing that DIET is 99.5% of weight loss. order to reach my goal, I have to stay within my calorie goal of 1200-1500 EVERYDAY.

Here is my lifestyle plan to reach my goal:
Exercise 5-6 days per week
Eat 1200-1500 per day and NOT go over!
Drink at least 100 oz of water per day.
Blog and post my calories, workouts, and successes/failures on SP weekly!

I know I can do this, I just have to stay focused!

My Goals:
Drink 75oz of water daily.

Eat 5 servings of veggies and fruit daily.

Be healthy and take care of me!

My Program:
My program consists of loving me, taking care of me, eating and drinking to live and not eating and drinking just for the hell of it. 1200-1550 calories daily and exercise 4-5 days per week.

My name is Sharita and I'm from Kansas City MO. I have a wonderful husband of 7.5 years who always tells me how sexy I am, but he's going to hit the roof when I get all toned up! :) My two 2 year old son and 8 year old daughter keep me busy and active..they love working out with me at home. It's too cute. :)
