Introduction Text My name is Carla and I am 41 years old. I have been overweight for 10+ years. I have been to Weight Watchers 4 times as well as tried Adkins and South Beach one time each. I am looking for something that works for me. I am looking for something to make me accountable.

I want to be healthier. I want to be a fun grandma one day (far away one day) who can keep up with her grandchildren instead of being the grandma on the sidelines. I want to be able to shop and find clothes that actually fit and are stylish.

Right now I am trying to follow my food plan to the best of my ability. ~but~ I don't want to limit myself so that I fall of the weight loss wagon at the smell of a kit kat. Miles walked during Lent: Day 1 - 1.02 Day 2 - 1.50 Day 3 - 1.03

My name is Carla and I am from Texas. I am happily (truly happily) married for the 1st time in my life. He is my Mr. Right. I have 3 adult daughters but only 1 lives at home. In my spare time I love to scrapbook and my newest obsession is making my own mini albums. Scrapping to me is my personal time to figure out what is going on and work through what ever is going on, calm down from a stressful day or just "get away". I also have an addiction to Romance Novels.
