    HI Candy !!!! I've HAPPILY added you to the invite list of the 5% challenge to lose 5% of your weight in 8 weeks, this challenge is called the Spring Challenge, than there will be a Summer one, fall, etc, it pretty much goes yr round,,,,with some breaks because of course there are only 32 weeks we run the challenge and 52 weeks a yr. Its sooo MUCH FUN !!! A SURE WAY to keep accountable on what it is your doing.

LOLOLOLOL I AM SOOO BAD !! of coursE SP PUSHES them ON US !! I SUPPOSE they "have a point" but after a 1/2 century of NOT eating them,,, heyyyyyyy why change now? Diane

    OHHHHH The 5% challenge to lose weight is a private team,,,I spoke about,, will be starting up in about 3 weeks,,give or take,,,, and we are now gathering,, who wants to join. Its a hard working team,,,if you'd like to join,,, just let me know (hit my page,,reply) and I'll add ur name to my list). Than you can pick which team you want to belong to. I am on the Spirited Under Dogs,, which is a highly competive team,,, some of the other teams are a little more laid back, but even on our team, we do NOT demand much of all,, just that you weigh in weekly,,, do some form of excerise daily,,, (unless hurt),, and also do whatever the challenge is for the week (usually things as,,, drink 8 glasses of water a day,,,, do not add extra salt to food,,, and my DREADED ONE ,,, eat your FREGGIES (fruits and veggies LOLOLOL OH I DO NOT LIKE THAT ONE !),,,simple things like this. ALL to improve YOUR HEALTH !!!! With the excerise, you do whatever is COMFY FOR YOU with NO MORE than 2 hrs, but as least as 15 mins a day, as long as its STEADY ! WOOHOOOO!! We are such a LOVING TEAM ! OH YEAH !! Sooo supportive,,, all you have to do is reach out to us in blogs, (we'll help you with that !,,, at the start of the season,, we assign you a Dawggie to help you along so you are NOT alone !) and ta da !!! Its ALL FUN !
