Step by step


So since I've got married in December 2009 I've put on weight, and this has to stop!! People warned me that this happens after marriage...but I don't have to follow that stereotype. Things have to change :)

Update: I have officially lost the 12pounds I put on since I got married, and it feels great :) Now my goal is to lost another 8ish pounds or so (could be more, could be less) and keep continuing to make good decisions step by step!

My Goals:
I guess if I put my goal into numbers I would like to lose about 20pounds, but more than that I would just like to feel more comfortable in my clothes.

My Program:
 I'm trying to do a bit of running about twice a week (about 30mins at a time), and Jillian Michaels 30DS about 3times a week. This does change though depending on commitments during the week so sometimes it's less, sometimes it's more!


Personal Information:
I'm South African born and bred, but lived in Ireland for 9years before moving to America to marry my gorgeous husband :)

    Thank you for your comment... you don't know how much it was needed this morning. Because of not feeling well lately, the scale has slowly crept up a little. I'm so anxious about it going over 200 again. Not only do I never want to see that number again but I've gotten rid of so much of my clothes and have bought tons of new, smaller stuff. It's disheartening but when I get encouraging words like what you sent me this morning... well, it' just means the world to me. Thank you so much.
