Hard Work.....Dedication!
I have now realized the only person who needs to believe in me is ME!!! Now that I have figured this out there is no stopping me!!
So now that I have lost 74 lbs alot of my friends and co workers want to know what kind of plan I'm on or what I am taking... WELL...it's just good old healthy eating and exercise. The kind of exercise most people can do, I don't have a gym membership I go and walk around my neighborhood for at least an hour everyday.
Today I ran my first 5k, ...

The kind of exercise most people can do, I don't have a gym membership I go and walk around my neighborhood for at least an hour everyday.

I am a mother of two. I am 25 years old and want to look more like my pre-pregnant self again. It seems like I have been trying for years and all I have accomplished are small victories followed by huge failures. However I am not giving up I'm all in this time. With the help of friends and family I am hoping to go all the way this time. I am always open to suggestions and advice.

My Goals:
My new goal is to get in the healthy weight range I have 26 lbs to go. my goals are to be in better shape. I want to be able to run a mile without stopping. I want to be under 200 lbs by christmas 2011. To stay motivated and not fall off the wagon this time.
My Program:
*eat between 1200-1500 calories a day
*drink at least 3 liters of water a day
*not to eat after 8pm(during the week since i work at night it is more like 6pm)
*do cardio at least 5 days a week
*stay FOCUSED
Personal Information:
I'm orginally from Miami. I grew up in Georgia. i was overweight as a child and got down to 136 in high school. i got pregnant at 18 and since then i have been over 200 lbs(since 2005). I started to lose weight and then got pregnant again which made me sky rocket to 253. Hoping to stay motivated.
Other Information:
I do have a lack of motivation and sometime lack the push from others around me to keep me there. Mainly because I spend most of the time with my 2 year old. So if anyone out there could help me stay on my path I would greatly appreciate it.
