Introduction Text Still travelling and loving it! Also still need to refocus a little, as I'm still carrying a few extra pounds. Hopefully they will go in the next few months.

2011 goals: 1. Stay below 190 lb. 2. Ideally get into the 170s. 3. Exercise more. 4. Continue to eat healthy, well balanced meals.

Cardio three times a week, strength training twice a week. Bike rides and walks whenever the weather is nice.
