Funny, Anne, I haven't been on here much either. Too busy running kids to tee ball, track practice, etc., etc. Doing well, feeling excited about at least a bit of progress on the old weight loss ticker. I struggle, as always, with consistency.

It's been rainy and stormy here...then it got all HOT! Just in time for my girl's track meet this weekend! Oh well.

    Later, gator.

Fellow clean eater here too!! When I was on Sparkpeople at the beginning, I lost 46 lbs in 6 mos. Just eating clean, and felt the best I ever did. Adding you as a friend. Hope to see many more blogs and things from you. Your Spark buddy MJ emoticon

Hey, Anne!! All is well here...busy too. My son is playing tee ball and my daughter has joined track club, so we are on the run alot. I am as inconsistent as ever, but at least I'm finally being inconsistent below 190 pounds! Trying to adhere to the Clean Eating principles of Tosca Reno's books. Lots of eggs here too! Strong focus on lean protein.

Every little bit is progress, right!?

Hi, Anne. How've you been? Thank you for thinking of me and my family in Japan. My parents and other relatives live 700 miles away from the disaster area, so life is pretty normal where they are, fortunately. It's still so sad about what's happened in the northeast.

Hey, Anne!! How's things?! Good here. Having a great week!!

What are you doing that's leaving you bored with your food options?

Hope all is well with you and your family.
