I have been a member of Spark People since March of 2007. I have been away from the site for a few months now, but I am making a serious effort to get back to it!

My current challenge is eating healthy. I have once again started logging in my calories and that is eye opening. It is amazing that something as simple as counting those calories can make a difference.

It is also a challenge to stay motivated to work out. Since the beginning of the new year I have been doing well and I hope to continue on that track as Spring is right around the corner.

Eventually, by using Spark People as my guide, I want stay healthy, and feel good about my body!

My Goals:
To eat healthier, exercise regularly, cut down on sweets, and drink more water.

My Program:
Training for the CRBR.
A combination of the following group fitness classes: Spinning, Body Flow, Body Attack and Body Pump.
Log calories into SP daily.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Richmond, Virginia and moved down to South Carolina in 2000 to attend the University of South Carolina. Upon graduation I moved to Charleston, S.C. to take my first job out of college. I still live here today and I work as an Account Executive for Clear Channel Communications.

Other Information:
I have been a regular gym goer since 1998. I always have struggled maintaining my weight and eating healthy so I am hoping that this site will help to keep my motivation up.

In my spare time I love cooking, reading, shopping, and hanging out with my boyfriend, Chris.
