Breaking out of my fat cacoon


My name is Jamie. Now that I have a complete family of a 12 yr old boy, 8 yr old stepson, 1 yr old daughter, and a wonderful, supportive, devoted hubby since 4/17/08. Now that my princess is a year old, it's time for me to find myself as other than just mommy and wifey. I am ready to break out of my fat caccoon and be the fun, healthy, energetic, feisty little hot tamalie I can be.

My Goals:
I would like to be healthy, look healthy and feel healthy. I would like to fit back into a single digit and bring my weight to a healthy 125-130.

My Program:
 I use my 1/2 hr lunch to walk to the next building and use the "gym". I also use a variety of workout vids.
