Start here
You cannot move forward from some idealized point in the future that has not yet arrived. If you are to move forward, you must do it from where you are now.
Start from where you are. Though it may not be perfect, it is plenty to get you going.
Make full use of what you already have. Wishing for more, or feeling resentment because you don't have more, will only waste your precious time.
There's no guarantee that your actions will be effective. Yet you are certain to not be effective if you take no action at all.
Open yourself to the fullness of your possibilities. Step positively forward using what you have, from where you are right now.
Gently and thankfully accept where you are. And tap into the unique richness that has always been yours.

Goals to do:
1st week goals - Done
Stick within my daily calories for a week. - Done
To track my food everyday. - Doing everyday!
Get at least 3 days of exercise in for 30 min. or more. - Doing!
Drink 8 or more glasses of water. - Doing most everyday!

2nd - To make it through a month of eating right and exercising at least 5 days a week

My Goals:
My goal is to be able to look in the mirror and be proud of who I see looking back at me!

1st Goal: 10 lbs. don't care how long it takes as long as it comes off and stays off!

A fragment of a poem by Ralph Waldo Emerson is telling:

Forget them as soon as you can."

Move on with your life. Keep reaching for your goals and you will achieve them. One minor setback is nothing if you really want something and are willing to work for it.

My Program:
My fitness program, I am doingWii Active, as well as my WATP's dvds. I am weighing on the Wii Fit board to keep better track of BMI. I am doing the SlimFast plan, but mostly watching calories.

Personal Information:
I am from Texas born and raised. Currently taking care of granddaughter and grandson. I have two grown kids and two wonderful in-law kids. An absolutely adorable but sassy granddaughter. A wonderful husband, that loves me know matter what. He says he would love me no matter what size I am. Trouble is, I don't love me that way. So I am trying to get my body back in shape.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, cross stitching, knitting(in process of still learning), playing on computer (when I can), and supporting the ladies I have met online who are trying to lose weight like I am.

Jesus said, �I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing� (John 15:5, 6 TNIV). Connected to the vine you can do everything God calls you to do (Philippians 4:13).

    Hi, came across your page & thought I'd drop in to say Hello!! I see you're on some of the Wii teams here-I owe a lot to the Wii folks-I got off the couch by playing the Wii Sports games! I fell in love with the tennis and it led me to want to play the real game! A few months later, I found myself on a real tennis court-had no idea what I was doing, but had the time of my life! Today it is my favorite activity! So, keep playing the games & if you ever have a desire to play the real games, go for it! I'm glad I did & didn't wait till I'd lost weight or wait til Monday :)
