I want so so bad to maintain my weight!! I struggle with that so bad! My goal is to look like the pics I have posted of myself below again (which was taken last May when I weighed 130). I have issues with eating and weight and this is my journey! I have a hate/love relationship with food. Food controls me. I want to learn how to change this and have a normal relationship with healthy food! This is the LAST time I am going to lose weight! I am a stay at home mom to two awesome kids and have a great husband. I want to be a good role model for my kids and how to eat right...just one of my goals ;-) I know I can do this!!!! I repeat this phrase to myself "Eat Clean, Train Mean, Look Lean!

My Goals:
my goal is to be happy with myself...have more energy....make the right food choices...be at my "happy weight" of 130 and stay there ...and no more yoyo dieting!

My Program:
Healthy food with counting calories...no crazy diets! I workout 5 days a week early in the morning all to Jillian Michaels (3 days to 30dayShred and 2 days to Kettlebell). I do yoga one morning a week. I have never ran before but in the back of my mind I am considering trying it out too.

Personal Information:
I am a stay at home mom to 2 younger kiddos. They mean the absolute world to me and I want to be a role model for them. I have been married for 10 years this year to a great man. I love to cook (I know...my feat), camp, garden, and read.

    Thanks for the post on my blog! I'm don't feel alone knowing others want to loose as much as I do.. it feels like a lot but it didn't feel like that I guess when I was putting the weigh on. You look great and I know you can get back there.. what I've heard is take it in small increments. Press On! emoticon
