We have the technology.....She can be better, stronger, faster!!!!

So my daughter can make healthy decisions and be healthy and strong, so I don't get diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, so all the aches and pains go away

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy.

To reach 170 lbs.

Stay focused and consistent.

To get out of plus size clothing.

To have regular cardio exercise.

To give my daughter a healthy role model.


My Program:
To exercise at the least 15 minutes a day. Currently I am doing in home walking with Leslie Sansone and jumping jacks

To measure EVERYTHING.

To eat as clean as possible.

To document EVERY LITTLE MORSEL. :O)

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

To come to SparkPeople daily.

To encourage someone daily.



Personal Information:
Single Mom of a 10 year old beauty. I live in upstate NY. I work full time.

I am very active in my church community.

I am a member of the Womens Ministry Team, a teacher in Sunday School, food pantry team member, Drama Team Member and I host Womens Fellowship Dinners....and all kinds of miscellaneous tasks and adventures the Lord puts my hand to! Amen.

Survived tumors, Grave's Disease and Reyes Syndrome...

Quit smoking 3 years ago (April 15,2004)......

I love movies, TV, books. Board games and arts & crafts {especially with my daughter}

I am learning about nutrition and how our bodies work with food and exercise.

I am learning to organize and plan everything---might seem a little tedious, but it works!
