When I started achieving my goals I remember a former acquaintance telling me that I had become selfish. I told her if I didn't make myself a priority exactly who was going too. I haven't heard from that person in over a year. You can do this and we are here to support you. Sparkpeople is an Army and we have your back. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Get on line. I did some of the low impact aerobic routines on Smart People and they are great. You can chose the duration. I have bad knees too but the routine is very gentle on them.

Just a note to say "Hello". I hope you will have a great remainder of the weekend.

I wanted to comment on the TV issues you mentioned in your blog. The TV's are everywhere we go the restaurants, dentists, hairdressers and etc.
I don't own a TV I haven't for over 15 years. I have a lot more time to do the things I really wanted to spend time on. I now think it's a bad habit but it can be broken. It's a wonder that they haven't put TVs in car and trains and buses. The people driving are on their phones and are distracted. What could be that important to cause an accident?
When I go for an appointment it's troublesome because the the dentist or whoever doesn't interact with the patient/client they are distracted by the TV. These places charge a lot of money too me and my insurance. emoticon I tell them too turn off the TV. It's no wonder the appointments are always running late.
Can you tell this is a pet peeve of mine. emoticon emoticon emoticon
