Introduction Text Hi My name is Burkieandemme, I am here to loose weight (just like the rest of you...right?!). A friend a work was encouraging everyone to visit this site, and I am so glad I did. 8-) After failing to loose weight with fad diets for the past (glup) 10 years, I am excited to try this program. I feel the support of others is the most important factor when loosing weight. So here I go...Off to Never Never Fat Again Land!

To be happy, healthy and enjoy life again.

Right now I am trying to just meet my nutrition and fitness goals. Living on a diet of Taco Bell and Starbucks for so long, my body has forgotten what "real food" is like.

How does one get this big? If you asked my 18 year-old self I would be this big one day they would have laughed at you. If you had asked my 25 year-old self they would have politly smiled, and said "no". If you asked my 30 year-old self they would have said "you mean I might be bigger?". Yeah, at 35 it is time to stop!
