Been here for a long time and have gained most of it back. Sooooooo lets get back to work! Lets face it, its a job. Theres no supervisor, no co-workers, no real schedule. Its all up to ME. Its like a dream job actually. I am the product,staff and boss. So, Heres to a fresh new start. Goals: lose 1 little pound a week Drink 8 glasses a day exercize 5 days a week (3 aerobic 2 weight training) Record everything Nothing really dramatic. Its gonna be a well oiled machine. A smooth work environment. Mindful. And hopefully a fun place to work. I just bought a bike, I enjoy tennis, have a treadmill, even a gym membership. Just gotta stay positive and change negative habits around. In the business world these are called "Opportunities."

To have a healthy and fit body. Do I dare hope to one day teach fitness classes again? Or play serious tennis again? IDK...just wanna lose the weight for now and wear my clothes comfortably.

3 days aerobics 2 days weight training 8 glasses water regular sleep mindful eatting record everything on some chart somewhere(SP, Lose It!, scraps of paper, food charts, etc)

Happily married (29 yrs) 4 kids...all adults live in small-town America and love it Am truly thankful to know there really is God who knows me and loves me and is out for my good!

I do love the rabbits! I own a mini-lop (Henry) A broken rex (Josephine) and our newest... a Blue Flemish Giant (Jackson Issac) all neutered. I am a rabid Yankees fan. (I do have under controll that it REALLY is only a game and does not keep the planets in orbit...but I love the boys and love the game.) I recommend getting a sport and a team and become a fan. Its a great relaxing tool and is a bit of fun when life gets too serious.
