It's frustrating. I find lots on nutrition in all it's aspects and exercise but not so much on brain/mind/mental aspects of my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I keep thinking that if I find the keys to the mental aspect of this the rest will fall into place naturally. I am a hedonistic eater living a very sedentary lifestyle hoping I will find a way to maintain my focus daily. The brain may be, arguably, the most complex part of us so is it not logical that the most info is found on it?

emoticon and I am honored with your kind post as well as asking if it is a natural talent ....... I think I have loved writing for many years; I did take a writing course ........... Institute for Children's Literature which helped with the basics ......... I do have fun 'story-telling' while delivering the message or giving encouragement. Thanks again for reading.

I am glad you have decided to walk dogs since there is such a need. I walked dogs every weekend until my back started to bother me. Some of those dogs are pretty strong! Don't give up!
