I have been away from spark for a few weeks now and am happy to be back to just update things a bit? Not much to add, still nowhere near the goal I started out with and yet I am not that down about it? I just keep going ahead and working at eating healthy, and not so worried about scale numbers! Just staying where I am at, and that keeps me happy....so what better attitude to have towards life!

My Goals:
Just to be happy with where I am at each day. Work harder at making the next day better than the one before...but not fretting the scale!

My Program:
PORTION CONTROL...still tend to eat some things I shouldn't but NOWHERE close in portion size that I used to! Excercise more, even for short periods of time, when and where I can make time...ie, If I can't do 45 minutes , do 30, if can't do 30, do 10...but at an increased pace! It works!

Personal Information:
My name is Ron and I 49 soon to be 50 years old and about to have been married for 13 years to my wonderful inspirational wife, Shelley! Although Shelley is physically disabled, she has taught me more about ability..than disability! She is my hero! My inspiration...my love...

Other Information:
Love playing guitar and writing songs, and can you tell...I love restoring old muscle cars! I work as a carpenter but also have my paperwork in autobody repair and painting...love to read, watch dvds and spend time with my wife Shelley and my about to be graduated step daughter Cathrine. I have learned to take life one day at a time...and enjoy them to the full!

    help? hmmm since when do you need help lol A challenger?? really wow!!! I want a chevelle or a nova a challenger would be nice too lol I love cars ha ha ha......I hope my schooling goes well...I'm so scared of being on my own..I haven't been in the REAL world in quite some time. As far as losing weight goes,I put 12 pds back on since may,so I'm not such a great role model rite now...The only advice I have is whatever you did before switch it up to something different..try different workouts,harder ones(just don't break anything) better food choices,but remember to give yourself a break.
