    Hey! Thank you!! Yes I track my calories when I exercise and the ones I eat as well. I don't do WW and don't really like it much because it's harder for me to do the points and figure it out - HOWEVER a lot of the things I eat are WW. Like the SmartOnes and other things (a lady customer told me in line at the grocery store thought I was a WW member because of the stuff I bought! lol). I have a routine and eat at certain times and I usually eat similar stuff day to day (easier that way but I don't do it too much where I get tired of it). Like greek yogurt/bagel/cheese for breakfast, salad, soup or sandwhich for lunch and whatever for dinner (in my range). But I eat about 1400 calories a day depending. :) I don't eat a lot of fast food unless it's Subway.
