Introduction Text Hi everyone, my name is Brandi. I am 27 years old and working on my BA in counseling. I hope one day to reach my goal weight and then help others with self-esteem, eating, depression, and anxiety issues. I recently gave birth to my son (3/2/2012) so now I am the proud mother of a little baby boy and a toddler (1 1/2 yr old) girl. My days are packed now so I have decided to stay at home and focus on school and myself. I am thankful to have a very supportive and loving husband by my side. I wasnt able to lose much weight between pregnancies so I am going to start working on it again and hopefully there will be no more pregnancies!

my goal as of right now is to just get below 200 lbs. Later 175 or smaller would be nice. I want to be fit and healthy but take the time necessary to get there. I will start with small goals.

Portion control Nutrition tracking Moderate exercise until I am to the fitness level that I can do more.
