Hello! I'm Patrick. Last year, I went through a divorce. In an attempt to be a better me, I'm trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm 45 and not getting any younger. I hate being overweight. I'm an avid scuba diver, boater, spear fisherman, kayaker, and in general prefer an active lifestyle. In the past, I've had a lot of luck through the resources on this wonderful website. I found that by using the food tracker, I was able to regularly lose weight every week. I plan to begin using it again, beginning tomorrow.
