    Thank you so much for the lovely comment to my thread !

    It took a long time ! A long time to do and a very long time to build the endurance to do it at all. I was doing 8 miles max two summers ago, but just kept building on that. ( I have a treadmill in NY, but walk the countryside while in England ). I did it in 2 shifts. From 6am to 10am, then went out again at 4pm until 6pm, then a walk to the supermarket at nite.
