    Hey there! Body For Life is a 12-week program that consists of diet/exercise/mindset exercises. The diet is 6 days of eating 6 mini meals, very high protein, low fat, and CLEAN plus you get one "free day" where you can eat whatever you want. The exercise mostly focuses on lifting weights... heavy weights. The mindset exercises are basically keeping you focused on your goals and focused on staying positive. Every night, you set goals for yourself for the next day... it really keeps you on track! I really recommend it, you can find the book at any bookstore or library
