I've decreased my goal weight to 152 lbs by April 14, 2013. Hopefully the smaller goal will help motivate me more.

Here I am again, starting over but thankfully not from scratch this time. From February to July 2012 I lost 25 lbs and then proceedd to regain 13 lbs. My goal weight is still 145 so now I've got 21 lbs to meet my goal. I hope to meet this goal through the Curves Complete diet, training for a 1/2 marathon (and running it in March), and other daily exercise.

I'm Bridgett from Sherwood, Arkansas. I recently turned 30 and I want to make this year my healthiest and most active ever. I'm married to a wonderful man who is in the Air Force. He is my rock and I'm so thankful for his on going support in my weight loss goals and life in general. We have two dogs that are our babies and hope to have real babies in the next few years but I want to get much healthier in all aspects of life before we go down that road. Other than losing the weight my one other big goal this year is to run a 10k. I ran my first 5k in July and hope to run the 10k in September or October and then to do a half marathon next March.

My original goal was to lose 30 lbs before I turn 30 on July 11th but I ended up losing only 25 (which I'm very proud of!). So now that my 30th birthday has passed I need to come up with a different set of goals. I now want to lose the last 9 to 11 lbs (depending on the day) and I'll just see where life takes me after that.

I want to make lots of Spark friends and motivate you the way you motivate me. I love this community and I credit it to helping me get this far. Thank you!
