    Thanks for the mashed cauliflower tips. I was thinking about mixing them with real potatoes--and a bit more garlic. If it reduces my carb load I am ll for it!

    Thanks for the blog comment--the Oopsie Rolls are easy to make. On their own they taste a little eggy--but once I buttered them up and made the grilled cheese they were wonderful. I am planning on making them silver dollar size for dunking in soup/stews/chili. I also added shredded cheddar cheese before baking and they reminded me of that Brazillian cheese puff/bread thing,
