    Choose the future

Don't waste your energy on fear of the future. Put that energy into creating a future that's just the way you want it to be.
Worrying about what might happen gets you nowhere. When you feel the need to worry, transform that negative energy into positive action.

If you're motivated to worry, that very same motivation can push you to do something positive. Feel the need, and then take the action.

That future you're so concerned about has not happened yet. Right now, on this day, in this moment, you have the opportunity to do something about it.

Your passion, your commitment and your effort are what will determine how your future unfolds. You can choose that future today.

Choose a future that includes fulfillment, joy, achievement, love and peaceful purpose. Choose your very best future now, and leave your worries behind.

    If you were

If you were, right here and now, the person you most wanted to be, what would you be doing? If you could change anything in the world, what would it be?
If you were completely free to express your most dearly held dreams and visions, how would you do that? If you were wealthy enough to buy anything at all, how would you use and invest that wealth in a meaningful way?

If you had the time, the money, the knowledge, the energy and the resources to pursue your highest vision, what would you seek to do? If you were free from all the things that limit you and hold you back, in what direction would you go?

Stop for a moment and consider these things. Then consider this. There is no need to wait a single moment longer. You can start now to follow your most compelling passion, to achieve your most treasured dream.

Yes, there are obstacles that stand in your way, but so what? When you're living with purpose and passion, you'll find your way beyond every difficulty.

    Hi Val,
I jsut dropped in to say hello and wish you a wonderful weekend. I just came vback at the begining of the month after a long time away due to some issues with my dad and his wife, and being hospitalized twice. But you gotta get back on the bandwagon some time right? So I'm here, and I have been thinking of you a lot lately. I hope to hear from you soon.---Sherry emoticon emoticon

Just a note to say I have been thinking of you and wondering how you are doing. I am doing pretty well -- no complaints -- although the needle on my scale has been stuck for about three months! Maybe this is as far as I can expect to go, without working out every day at a gym, which is not in my plans. Hope 2010 is a great year for you and yours!
