    SO HAPPY you are here!! I used to DETEST Exercise! DETEST with a DEEP PASSION. But, now it's OK. There are those times I DO want to do it. I keep hearing I'll learn to love it. I just need to keep at it.

    I've been on the 5% Challenge for SEVEN YEARS! LOL A large part of the 5% Challenge IS exercise. Hmmm I am still waiting. BUT!! I DO LOVE how I am losing and doing something that helps my mind. My depression is now NIL and I am OFF the MAOI was on. Hmmm certainly reason enough for me to do this.

    Also my pain level can EASILY go from a 1 or 2 to a 9! At a 9 I USED to RUN (HAHAHA Figure of speech we both know I DID NOT RUN! ) to the ER For HELP!!! Now? I've found on youtube that if I put in beginners yoga (for the part of me that hurts so much) many of them I could do on my BED!! While it's called yoga it's just more than the usual type stretching, but NOT the stuff we see on TV. I do recommend trying it because it takes that 9 level of pain back down to a 1 or 2 within even 20 mins!! I had started to do it at 256 lbs. I THOUGHT "I WON"T BE ABLE TO!" but, it's that easy.
