Fitness Minutes: 12,685

My Goals:
I'm hoping to get down to 115 by my birthday (April 29th). I almost did it last year (I reached 117 by early May), but gained a little weight back over the summer and a lot during fall term.

My Program:
 My plan is to lose weight by getting regular exercise and being more conscious of what I eat. I really struggle with the 1500 calorie limit and think it may be unrealistic for me. I run and also do some weight training and yoga and occasionally other stuff. I ran my first 10k in July and am hoping to do more races to keep myself motivated.

I grew up in the midwest and now live in the pacific northwest.
