I am a 31 year old mom of two beautiful boys, who doesn't feel at the moment like she used to feel in the past about herself.Tired of trying new diets, actually tired all the time..ahah...and needing a burst of energy to start i go..and hopefully...wont say AGAIN only.

Fitness Minutes: 425

My Goals:
They will sound crazy right now, but here they are:

- Learn how to have a healthy life, with hypothyroidism.
-Start on running
-run a 5k marathon
- run a 10 k marathon
-Wear a swimsuit again
-climb up stair without feeling like my chest will explode
-get up off the floor easily
-sit for a longer period of time without feeling my ass and back all sore.
-be able to play ball with my kids and run around.

I think it is good enough for the start!

My Program:
*Exercise everyday for 30 minutes.
*Drink 8 glasses of water a day
*Get a minimum of 8 hours a day
*Smash down my stress levels.
*Raise my vitamins and minerals levels.

Personal Information:
I am a teacher and an English/Portuguese translator, native Brazilian, married and have two wonderful kids. I have been struggling with hypotiroidism for the most part of my life and I am currently taking 100 mcg of levotiroxine everyday.

I have been around and feel like I have forgotten about myself along the way, its more than time to pick myself off the floor and recover the lost time..time to be myself again.

Other Information:
I have a real passion for reading..its my first me a book worm.I also love to be around nature with my husband and my kids, its perfect. A good conversation over a coffee, a beautiful and breezy evening, wine, talking about life, arts (creating or appreciating), the beach.....oh, love the beach...and love the mountains too.
