To change my life! I plan to change my eating and exercising habits. My goal is to lose 50lbs by the end of the year!

I have been watching my calorie intake, which is something I have NEVER done Walking at least 30 minutes a day-6-7days a week Strength training every other day

I am happily married! I am disappointed in myself sometimes for not making this change in my life sooner! My husband was in the Army for 5 years and was a medic while he was in service. We are living in Evansville,IN while he goes to school! I'm not liking it here very much, but I'm sure it will get better!
