Introduction Text I lost some weight earlier in the year, but then I got stuck and stopped losing for awhile. I found out about this site and joined. All of the helpful information that's here and the positive support from others is terrific. I've already started losing again (hopefully, it will continue). I'm glad to be here and ready to get fit.

I want a stronger and healthier mind, body, and spirit.

For the mind, I'm working on cultivating a more positive attitude. For the body, I'm working on eating healthier, exercising, and getting to my goal weight. For the spirit, I am working on adding more joy to my life and seeing more of the humor in it.
