    Hi! Happy Friday!!!! I am so glad it is about to be the weekend! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner from your comment yesterday - ended up having a not so stellar day at work! Another reason why I am so glad it is Friday!

    So tomorrow morning is your blind/not so blind date. Are you nervous? I hope you will fill me in on how it goes! You never know, your prince charming may be done fighting dragons and decided to have a nice cup of jo with his future princess! That dating service sounds really good and really safe too. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that, even if it isn't the prince, you have a great time! You deserve it with all the hard work you have been doing!

    Hi! Well, if it is any consolation, I am 35 and finally starting to feel happy about a relationship. I was with someone for five years - a year of which we were married - but we were just too good of friends and didn't have the very important romantic side. I finally feel like I have that but, I tell ya, relationships are so complicated! I'm not complaining but I am just saying, sometimes the grass just seems greener.

    I am impressed that you are going on a blind date. I have never had one. I would think it would be tricky. Do you have an "out" planned in case he isn't down your alley? I don't know if you ever watched Sex and the City but, if you did, remember when Charlotte was on a bad date and saw Carrie at the same restaurant? Carrie called Charlotte on her cell phone and Charlotte acted like there was an emergency! If you need an out, let me know and I can call your cell! Hopefully you won't, though. It may go fabulous! Geez - ignore my negative "out" comment.

    Your weekend sounds great and very healthy. I will be honest with you - I will probably not be that healthy. I will certainly try to choose foods wisely but I know there will be some adult beverages involved!!

    Good luck on your class tonight! It feels so good after I work out.

    My workout schedule is pretty intense. But, I am a very intense person - at least with myself. I really push myself so that I stick to a routine. And, when I do, it becomes an "addiction". Here is my schedule:

    Monday - 30 min cardio (on my own) + Power Flex (weight class) for 60 min
    Tuesday - 60 min kickboxing class + 30 min ab clinic class
    Wednesday - 60 min personal group training + 60 min PF class (weights)
    Thursday - 60 min Cardio Sculpt class (interval class)
    Friday - 60 min personal group training
    Saturday - 30 min kickboxing + 30 min ab clinic
    Sunday - WHEW!! YOU KIDDING!!! BREAK DAY!!! I am going to start horse back riding lessons next week on Sunday's though!

    I really like my schedule and I know it sounds like a lot. But all of the classes are so different that you don't feel like you are doing the same thing over and over. And I have the same instructor for everything (she also does my personal training and she gives riding lessons!). She is so awesome - I just lover her. She keeps me motivated.

    I guess that's it! I am about to head to lunch. Not sure what I will get yet. I am thinking Chopped - do you guys have them up there? It is a GREAT salad place where you can "build" your own salad. They actually prepare it but you get to circle the ingredients that you want - and there are a ton to choose from! I don't know what I want yet but I will behave. I wish there was a place where I could get a large veggie plate! That sounds great!

    Have a great lunch with your salad and smuggled dressing (too funny but great job!!). And, girl, you KNOW I am ready for the weekend!!!!

    Hi! Wow, that taco salad actually sounds really good! I haven't been to taco bell in so long - it used to be my favorite when I was in college. Of course that was way before my metabolism went from full speed to puttering!! I could eat anything (and drink anything) back then without gaining a pound. And then came the thirties...kabam!

    I think this weekend my sweetie and I should go to our favorite restaurant and hang out - Sullivans. Saturday is my "splurge" day when I can have some yummy cocktails! I love their cosmos!! I usually eat healthy there but the drinks are what causes the cals to increase!! But I have kickboxing and abs Sat morning so it should all balance out (gotta love how my mind works!!)

    I know you can get into your baggy butt pants! Only a matter of time! You are doing great and we will chat on line with a Captain and Diet to celebrate when you get there!!!

    Hi! Ok - that is too funny that you work for Arby's. I am the Executive Producer for the Arby's Franchise Conventions and for the Arby's National Franchise Conference (which is this year). That is why I went there! I have a strange loyalty since I have been working their Conventions for about seven years!!

    My fave drink is either Captain and Diet or Meyers and Diet. Yummy! I can't wait to have one this weekend (I try to limit myself to only the weekends!). The good news is that, after I complained about my lunch, I was at home cleaning up and decided to try on a pair of jeans that I have had for over two years. They are a small size 12 and they are my absolute favorite pair of jeans!! I have tried them on over the past couple of years and I haven't been able to even get them over my thighs - no kidding. Then, a couple of weeks ago I tried again and I could get them over my butt but couldn't button or zip them. I tried them last night and they buttoned, zipped and were a little loose in the tush! It absolutely made my night and helped me realize that it is so worth it! All the counting, intense exercising and alcohol limiting actually does make a difference. That, plus my workout last night, put a whole new perspective on everything!
